Our Policies

     Your satisfaction is very important. To ensure you have a pleasant experience at Dā Spa, please read the spa policies in its entirety. 

Cancellations/Reschedule

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Deposits will be forfeited for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Deposits/Payments

  • A deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

  • Deposits will be forfeited for appointments canceled with less than 24 hr. notice.

  • We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. 

Refunds

  • There are strictly no refunds on treatments/services or products once they have been performed or used.

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services due to, what we perceive to be, inappropriate, disrespectful, aggressive, and/or disruptive. 

No Call/No Show

  • If you are a no-call/no-show, your deposit will be forfeited. If you are a no-call/no-show on 2 occasions, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue your services at Dā Spa.

Tardiness

  • If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your treatment/service will end on time (as scheduled) so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. If this occurs, your service will be charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 mins past your appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Prices

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

Gratuity

  • Tips are greatly appreciated. 

Children

  • Children under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from entering the building and spa.

Food and Beverages

  • There shall be no food or beverages (of any kind) brought into the building or spa.
