Your satisfaction is very important. To ensure you have a pleasant experience at Dā Spa, please read the spa policies in its entirety.

Cancellations/Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you are a Dā Spa site member, please cancel or reschedule online.
Services that require a deposit will be forfeited for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. For services that do not require a deposit, there will be a 50% cancellation fee of the price of your scheduled appointment charged to your card on file if canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Deposits/Payments

A deposit or credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment.
Deposits will be forfeited for appointments canceled with less than 24 hr. notice.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Refunds

There are strictly no refunds on treatments/services or products once they have been performed or used. Non-refundable deposits do not apply to Groupon bookings.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services due to, what we perceive to be, inappropriate, disrespectful, aggressive, and/or disruptive.

No Call/No Show

If you are a no-call/no-show, your deposit will be forfeited or credit card on file will be charged 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If you are a no-call/no-show on 2 occasions, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue your services at Dā Spa.

Tardiness

If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your treatment/service will end on time (as scheduled) so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. If this occurs, your service will be charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 mins past your appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited or your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

Children

Children under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from entering the building and spa.

Food and Beverages

There shall be no food or beverages (of any kind) brought into the building or spa.

Massage Table

For the safety of our clients, at this time the massage table weight capacity is 350lbs.
